Welcome to IllumiQi Healing, a sanctuary where ancient wisdom and modern ritual meet. I’m Elizabeth, a licensed acupuncturist devoted to nervous system regulation and somatic completion. My work supports clients in resetting from the inside out through presence, intention, and body-based care.

After years of offering mobile acupuncture, I’m honored to welcome you into my own space, an environment intentionally designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner world. Each session weaves together root-cause acupuncture within a calm, grounded clinical setting.

Many people arrive feeling clear in their mind, yet not fully at ease in their body. A relationship may have ended. A chapter may be complete. A decision may already be made. And yet, something still lingers; an internal pull, residual charge, or sense that the body has not fully let go.

IllumiQi exists for that space.

This work is not about fixing what is broken or revisiting the past. It is about supporting the body in completing what has already been understood. IllumiQi works with the nervous system rather than the narrative. Sessions are slow and spacious, with no pressure to explain, analyze, or relive experiences. The focus is on creating the conditions for the body to regulate, soften, and reorganize naturally.

This is not emotional processing or talk therapy. It is body-based care.

My mission is to help you honor your lived experience as wisdom while aligning with who you are becoming, so that you may embody health, confidence, and authentic beauty. At IllumiQi, presence itself becomes medicine.
